Why/Problem (About Page):

• We set out to buy a home, and like many, we couldn’t find one that fit our needs and means. After years of searching, we decided to build a home and set the standard for what a thoughtful and attainable home could be.

• Prices kept rising

  • people wanted too much for old housing stock

• Feeeling / Fear of getting priced out

• Wanted a place to call our own

• Only solution we had available was to build from scratch
